Man, i have the same exact question! I re-read Azimov's Fund (Fund and Empire, Second Fund) for the third time before watching. And I have serious questions to (already deceased) Asimov about how he endowed the planets with the lack of nuclear technology, but at the same time their ships boldly moved hundreds, thousands, millions of light years ... And not a word about these technologies .. So I have a serious question, WHO ranked Asimov in Science fiction? !!!!!

I can like aspects of something, but still appreciate the book too. To each his or her own.
